EXCELLENT SAME DAY SERVICE!!
Weisun was hired last minute to install a new outlet in my garage.
Although there was some confusion about the exact service I needed when he arrived, he was flexible and agreed to complete the job anyway. He just asked for some more time to pick up the correct materials. Once he returned, he completed the job quickly and professionally; he installed a great looking outlet, a breaker for the circuit, and thoroughly tested everything before finishing.
While walking us through the completed work, he noticed an issue with the breaker to my previously installed Tesla charger (installed by someone else). He explained that the breaker was oversized, which could create a safety concern and potentially contribute to overheating. This caught our attention because we had been receiving overheating warnings from the charger ever since it was installed. We asked whether he had the time and supplies to fix the issue, and fortunately he was able to take care of it right then and there!
The fact that he noticed a problem that another electrician had overlooked really showcased his knowledge and attention to detail. This fix was also completed quickly, and since then we haven’t received a single overheating warning from our charger.
Another thing I appreciated was how clean and organized he was. He cleaned up the work area when he was finished and left everything exactly as he found it. His pricing was fair, especially considering how last-minute the job was and the initial misunderstanding about the scope of work. He was also respectful of both my property and my time throughout the entire process.
Overall, I would highly recommend Weisun! The new outlet and my Tesla charger have been working perfectly and the entire experience was professional from start to finish.
