He responded at 4pm and said he could show-up that evening between 6-7 pm. Aircondition was out for past three days. Wife was bedridden and fans weren't during the job of keeping her bedroom cool. This was Friday evening request. It became dark before he finished. Ah the relief of cool air in a heat wave.
