Pricing depends on the size, condition, and level of work required. Initial cleanings typically require more time and preparation while recurring services are maintained at a different rate. We specialize in deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning, so pricing reflects the time and effort needed to complete the job properly. We provide accurate estimates after reviewing photos or a short video. If additional time is required, we will inform you in advance, and you may choose to continue or stop the service.

We begin by reviewing photos or a short video of the space, along with basic details such as square footage and location, to understand the scope of work. Based on this, we provide a clear and accurate estimate and confirm all service details in advance. Once scheduled, our team arrives fully prepared to complete the job with quality and care. If any additional time or services are required, we will communicate and obtain approval before proceeding.
