- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing includes a travel fee. I come to you, wherever you may be. That is a service that is not free but, I do offer discounts to government employees with proper work identification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will confirm what type of notary I will be performing. I will contact the client to confirm our appointment place and time. If I cannot get in touch with the client, I still make my way to the appointment. Sometimes technology does not work in our favor so, I want to make sure I show up ready and on time regardless of the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed all training and am commissioned in the state of California. My commission expires August 1, 2023. I am currently in the process of obtaining my loan signing certification as well.
