- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Things with me are simple and up front. My charges are monthly fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will depend on the clients background. If they are someone who has experience working out then we will jump right into working at a fairly challenging level. Then grow from there. If the client has little workout experience then it’s low, slow, and under control. I take the time to build trust. So at first we will work out 3 days a week and the workouts are very basic with little to no weights. Then continue to build from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years experience as a professional athlete and am ISSA certified.
