I have: "Individual session" rate; and packages that range from 2x a week, to 5x a week. "Couples" rate "Group" rate of 3 or more
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To access their abilities and limitations so that I can better assist them in achieving their fitness goals. I take a look at their nutritional habits and explain how proper nutrition is equally important; and in some cases more important as working out. I create a training regimen that suits their needs. I also offer other services to them such nutrition and massage therapy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a former Division-1 football player, who happend to fall into the health & wellness profession by accident. I have developed my skills, knowledge, techniques and certifications over the years and I am always learning something new
