We’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Stacy for the last several years. Stacy is very courteous, professional and readily available to help us with questions or concerns we might have about our property. Stacy, through her company, The Wright Associates Companies, has managed two rental properties for us. Having managed these properties ourselves for several years we know the challenges of managing rental properties; e.g. responding to complaints from renters at all hours day and night and trying to get rental payments in a timely manner, etc. Stacy handled all of this efficiently and professionally without involving us. At the same time if an issue came up that involved the owners making a decision, a large repair expense, etc., Stacy would contact us and provide us with all the necessary facts and options to help us make a decision. She would then efficiently carry out our wishes. Stacy always tracked the rental market for us to make sure are rents were comparable and competitive with the rental market in our area. Although I've only selected S.I.G. a short while ago, I'm very impressed with Mike Shaar's property management knowledge and that of his team. Kyle went to my rental during the first week after we signed the agreement, toured the rental and took photos. Mike and Kyle seem to have personalities that relate well to both the owner and tenants. They are a very professional organization and I'm looking forward to a long relationship.

What can I say, she just gets me. Vee is a highly professional and creative soul who i vibed with from the start. She listened to my needs and then created space plans and color concepts from inspiration images. Vee helped me use my existing pieces and sourced new pieces for purchase. This place is a AMAZING.. They advertised for me. Showed the property, screened tenants; found a good one, got the lease signed and collected deposits. I've had the the tenant for 3 years. They also handle repair requests and lease renewal. All I literally have to do with this rental is collect rent that EPM has the tenant direct deposit into my checking! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been with J. D. Property Management since 1983. I think that says it all. Rents are collected. Bills paid. Apartments rented to quality tenants. This is a company with long-term employees who enjoy working for a company that is well run and managed. I don't have many concerns; but when I do, they are answered promptly and professionally. I give J.D. Property an A-Plus rating. The company and employees are efficient, trustworthy, and ethical.

Found Charla's contact info on some rental listing so I just sort of lucked out I guess. She immediately responded with several nice options to choose from and we narrowed it down to just a few. Her timely responses and 'no nonsense' attitude helped me secure a great apartment that was getting heavy interest in addition to myself. If you want someone to get it handled for you and you're not a big fan of wasting time, don't bother calling anybody else. :)
