One of the best experiences with a contractor. Alex came promptly and assess the water damage and source quickly. Referred a plumber who also came quickly and fixed the problem well. His customer service and expertise is something I really appreciated. Everyone came on time and the problem was resolved quickly, which was super appreciated with young kids in the house. Thank you Alex and team! Hopefully we dont need them again but if we did, we will surely be returning customers.

Alex and his team of professionals coordinated efforts to rebuild our home after a leaking pipe nearly destroyed our home. Alex and his staff did an awsome job of making our home great again. We built a close and friendly relationship with Alex and his staff over the course of 4 weeks. Alex worked with our insurance company to draft a rebuild, which paved for an entire new kitchen, floors, repairs and upgrades. I totally recommend United Water Restoration Group to Save your home when or if that time ever should comeYou can count on United Water Restoration. Thanks Again Alex.

Wow! If there were more than 5 stars I would give them more but I'mm stuck at only 5! Alex has gone way above the means of a great business owner & contractor. He has helped us now for a 2nd time in our rental home with a big flooding issue and then a separate mold issue that needed an entire bathroom redo. He has been on time every time, he went out of his way to come reassure us even when to us something smelt funky but was completely normal he made it a point to stop by at some point during the day to check it out for us. His team and He completely both jobs quicker than the projected end date and he has been our go to and will continue to be our go to for any home repairs or remodels. We trusted him 110% to be in our home alone with our personal belongs and told us anything we needed to know even if it was bad. We have had nothing but excellent experiences with him and he even helped me rescuer my baby gate into the wall when I didn't have the right anchors for drywall. Highly recommend and look forward to continuing to work with him as our go to guy in life. Thank you Alex!
