Bill was excellent! I had no idea what was going on with my irrigation system. As soon as Bill got to my front lawn I could tell I was about to learn something. He walked me through the way the entire yard was set up and gave me some recommendations with a competitive quote. He delivered on everything we agreed on and then some. Work got done in less than 2 days. Super great experience!

Honestly, I didn't even know where to start on getting my system worked on. I had recently moved into my new house and it was working but then with all the rains, I had turned it off and when I turned it back on the system was dead. I was so grateful for how quickly they came out and how thoroughly they assessed the problem. I also loved how much education they provided me about the problem and then how quickly they were able to schedule me and get it up and running so that I didn't lose my grass. All in all it was a great experience and what I would say most about this technician is their friendliness, honesty, and good communication.
