Honestly, I didn't even know where to start on getting my system worked on. I had recently moved into my new house and it was working but then with all the rains, I had turned it off and when I turned it back on the system was dead. I was so grateful for how quickly they came out and how thoroughly they assessed the problem. I also loved how much education they provided me about the problem and then how quickly they were able to schedule me and get it up and running so that I didn't lose my grass. All in all it was a great experience and what I would say most about this technician is their friendliness, honesty, and good communication.

Bill is fantastic. If I need help, I'm calling Bethea's Irrigation. We had a leaking water valve and needed urgent service. Bill was able to schedule with us first thing Sunday AM. He explained the process to us, identified the leaks and provided efficient solutions that made us feel confident in the results. Thanks Bill for replacing the irrigation valve, building in a new pressure regulator and water shut off valve same day!
