I needed a whirlybird installed on my roof. I tried contracting through Home Depot first, but they would not come out for a "small job", so I searched online for a handyman. James was punctual, experienced, and did an excellent job. I usually do all my own projects, but will definitely be calling James again.

James is an A1 guy. I am very impressed with his job and also by his charisma towards building and construction. This is a person with 30 years worth of experience and knowledge about the business. If you are looking for a professional then this is the person to go to. I would encourage you to go with James because he will offer you price for exactly what the job is worth and he will do a damn good job at it too. We hired James for our house remodel projects. He has done excellent jobs for installation of stair and floor handrails plus bulasters/newel post, some of stairs parts such as fittings for left-hand/right-hand stairs are quite difficult. He has completed all theses plus pairing. His charge is lower than others for it.

Jimmy designed a cabinet with a door and 2 sliding shelves under my kitchen countertop. Other contractors had refused to build the cabinet because the project was too small and/or electrical wires may have been behind the wall. The job involved creativity and professional carpentry skills. Jimmy did an excellent job and I am very pleased. He also installed a small storage area in front of my kitchen sink with which looks nice and stores my spices close to my stove. He also completed a couple of smaller jobs with which I am very satisfied. Jimmy completed the jobs while I was working and I trusted him alone in my home. He is now my ongoing handyman for jobs in my personal residence and at my rental. Very satisfied as he rates the 5***** recommendation.
