Ricardo is the definition of trustworthy and reliable. We had a shower cage (15+ years old) that had leaks in the metal frame and caused subsequent damage to an adjoining wall. Ricardo did a thorough inspection of the problems and gave me options on how to handle it. He was then able to quickly fix the wall, resurface the tiles and facilitate fabrication and installation of the new shower enclosure. All of this with minimal involvement from me and no delay!
