- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company charges per time and not per pet. Our team is thoroughly picked based on experience and having a clean background check; we are very particular about who is on our team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to do a complimentary meet and greet. Each client gets 2-3 walkers on their account for guaranteed coverage given any emergencies, traffic delays, or walker call outs. Once that is done, we can start services once the client contract is signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In business for 8 years; but have been in the dog walking/pet sitting/dog training industry for about 11 years. I’ve trained under a few great trainers in addition to attending many great workshops. In my free time, you can find me volunteering with various rescues assisting with their dog walking and training needs; or spending time outside with my own two dogs: Echo & Tahoe.
