My wife and I felt very comfortable with Jessie, Mike and Tracy. It wasn’t because the other dog walkers weren’t qualified, but we were very happy and comfortable with Walk’nWag’n Pets. I know when I’m out of town my dog will be treated like family.

I worked with Jesse and Janice for two years and could not have been more satisfied with the service. Both Jesse and Janice treated my dog with lots of love and compassion. They communicated very well during visits and most importantly gave me peace of mind when I was gone. They're also very detail oriented and made a strong effort to get to know my dog personally including his mannerisms and health issues . Unfortunately I moved out of state but Walk'n Wag'n is the real deal...highly recommend!

Jessie is very professional and my dogs love her. She is even helping work with one of our dogs to become less leash reactive towards other dogs. She send me frequent updates and pictures of the dogs. I highly recommend her!!!!

I have a GSD with a serious case of separation anxiety. We got pet walkers to help and Jessie was one of them. Jessie was not afraid, took control, and my dog loves her. Jessie is prompt, will let you know if she notices anything wrong, and will make suggestions on food/training if you need help. She goes above and beyond - she helped search for my dog when sable escaped the vet/boarding kennel facility on her own time. I highly recommend Jessie's walking and overnight pet sitting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company charges per time and not per pet. Our team is thoroughly picked based on experience and having a clean background check; we are very particular about who is on our team.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to do a complimentary meet and greet. Each client gets 2-3 walkers on their account for guaranteed coverage given any emergencies, traffic delays, or walker call outs. Once that is done, we can start services once the client contract is signed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In business for 10 years; but have been in the dog walking/pet sitting/dog training industry for about 15 years. I’ve trained under a few great trainers in addition to attending workshops. In my free time, you can find me volunteering with various rescues assisting with their dog walking and training needs; or spending time outside with my own two dogs: Echo & Tahoe.
