- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my very best to work with every client to serve the needs of their group. I want everyone to have fun and feel real connection. Ask me about referrals for discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let’s start with an email so I can find out your goals, objectives, areas of sensitivity, date and time so I can get all of the details in writing. Next we will discuss all of your concerns over the phone to make sure we are a good fit. We can revise and complete our plan of action along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in child development, psychology and special education. I am trained in behavior management. I work in pupil support services where I coordinate resources for students and families in crisis. I counsel individual students to focus on long term academic goals, motivation, and stress management. I also do large group parenting classes to help parents develop parenting and communication skills. I also do classes for customer service for employees.
