I hired Smart HomeSecurity to get set up with cameras and 24- hour monitoring. Chris was a pleasure to deal with as he is easy going but very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. Installation was very thoroughly planned, and loved the spotless cleanup like they were never here. Great job all around and I will definitely be telling my neighbors!

Our ADT system works fantastic and the team at Smart HomeSecurity was great through the install process. They were quite detailed and asked for our opinion or input when it was needed a couple times so we got cameras placed exactly where we wanted. I also cannot say enough about the help with programming of our apps on our phones and the step by step walk through of how to use everything. The whole team was great but special shout out to my security advisor Thomas, he went above and beyond!

I hired Smart HomeSecurity to install my HomeSecurity and monitoring service. They were great to deal with. My initial support rep that gave me the quote was Michael and he was very thorough. My equipment and monitoring service is ADT and the Cameras are Google Nest and let me tell you, they are really clear and quite a wide angle view. Greats equipment and great job on the installation and showing us how to use the ADT touch panel and the ADT app. If you want a detail oriented installation, and a great monitoring service after the fact, this is your company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts and Promotions and we also offer a FREE Camera and Right now we are also offering a $100 Visa gift card!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Quote the customer over the phone and if they like the quote, which is about 75% of the people we quote are happy with the pricing and ready to sign up, so at that point we sign them up for the ADT Monitored Home Security package they chose and schedule the installation, which can be done next day in most cases if needed. The customer will also be able to add or modify the equipment they want at the time of the install. So if the customer decides during installation they need an extra camera or they don't need one they thought they needed, they can update the order on the spot during the installation. Very easy to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs will show the customer how to use the touch screen control panel in detail so the home owner is versed in how to use the system with no questions about operation before the tech leaves. They will also help the home owner to download the app, set it up, and show the home owner how to use the app as well. Anything the home owner needs, the techs will help with, they have no time limit on this. The goal is to have an educated home owner who is going to use the ADT system to its full capabilities. That is always the goal.
