I paid for the lead, came out after hours to evaluate your pool, and provided you with professional advice at no charge. The estimate you received was based on the actual condition of the pool once seen in person, which differed significantly from what was originally described. Specifically your inquiry says pool does not need to be drained and that could not be further from the truth. The neglected pool is more of a health hazard than you are aware. The scope and pricing reflected the work required to properly and safely address the situation. You are free to decline that—however, posting a negative review in response to information you didn’t want to hear is not a fair or accurate representation of the interaction. I run my business with honesty and professionalism, and I do not tolerate personal attacks—especially from individuals who have not hired or paid for my services. My time and expertise have value, and in this case, they were given without compensation. At the end of the day, this was not a good fit, and that’s fine.
