We will bill our charges directly to your insurance company and work with them. We will also work with you if you prefer to pay out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
JW Home Care likes to gather as much information as we can so we can tailor a custom approach to your damage and remediate as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow the standards set by the IICRC and are IICRC certified, we are also a CA licensed general contractor.
