Continous culinary classes at a variety of locations. I also seek counsel from artisan, local Chefs.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
Catering of events for under 50 people. Menus vary from finger foods to full 5 course served meals. I also do Party in a Box where I prepare the foods and deliver, labeled on how to serve or re-heat.
