Alec called back within one minute, was patient and explained all of my options with 2 computers and a camcorder (connection) issue. He was patient as I fumbled to describe my issues and made himself available same day. He understood that I just needed his advice and he even waived any initial consultation fee. Will be using him just as soon as I follow a few of his instructions. Even if I'm buying a replacement computer.

Alec is outstanding with computers. He gently explained to me the reason my computer is so slow and just not working like it used to work is because it's very old. So he suggested a new computer he can get and set up everything for a very reasonable price. I said yes and am very happy with my new computer and his work. I would hire Alec again in a heartbeat and definitely will recommend him to family and friends.

Alec was a fantastic help at understanding my machine better!

I requested support past midnight and he responded within minutes! I was having an issue with a network card and he was troubleshooting in ways that I never would have thought of. Because of this call I went from knowing nothing, to knowing that my usb header is working properly, I have a processor that doesn’t allow for windows 11, and the problem is either that I have a bad card, or that that the section I needed help with isn’t supported by my version of windows.

Alec did everything he could to identify and solve the issue and I know if I ever have another problem I will go to him!
