Alec was not only very responsive, he was extremely kind and caring. He was able to quickly figure out what our computer issue was and thoroughly explained the problem and how to fix it. 10/10 would recommend and I will be contacting him again should the need arise.

If I could give Alec more than 5 stars I would! He has been a lifesaver for my family. I live over 1000 miles away from my elderly dad who needs a lot of technical support. I hired Alec to connect his TV, hooked up his headphones, fix his computer, get me set up with remote access to his computer, and put a filter on dad’s iPhone to reduce the number of spam calls he gets. Alec was very patient, kind, and super efficient. We have already called him a second time and dad and I now both have him on speed dial! Alec is worth every penny.

CALL ALEC, seriously, this was a shot in the dark from the opposite coast and I couldn't be more impressed. He is smart, personable, quick, and knowledgable. We chatted for a minute, and he listened to the issue(s)...and jumped right in then and there to fix them, not least of which was an issue with my business management website not working from only these two computers. Alec found the problem almost immediately. Several have tried and he nailed that issue in under 15 minutes. No need to look further, just brilliant.

Alec was truly my savior. My home server died, and it turned out the motherboard finally imploded after 10+ years of reliable use. I'd selected 3 possible pros, out of whom Alec was the only one to respond -- and super quickly, at that. He was able to come over within a day, took the device with him, and within a couple of days had fully diagnosed the problem and ordered the requisite components. A week later, he returned to install the repaired server, which worked like a charm (and much better than previously -- amazing what newer technology can do 😀). Most impressively, it was clear from the get-go he knows his stuff, doesn't mess around, and doesn't waste time. He's my new tech guy, hands down.
