Alec called back within one minute, was patient and explained all of my options with 2 computers and a camcorder (connection) issue. He was patient as I fumbled to describe my issues and made himself available same day. He understood that I just needed his advice and he even waived any initial consultation fee. Will be using him just as soon as I follow a few of his instructions. Even if I'm buying a replacement computer.

Alec responded to my inquiry for help within two minutes of my submission. I had no internet service to my computer and did not know how to fix the problem. He arrived to my home at the time he stated on the phone. Came in and assessed the problem, fixed it and also helped with one other issue. Alec is professional, knowledgeable and timely. Alec is outstanding with computers. He gently explained to me the reason my computer is so slow and just not working like it used to work is because it's very old. So he suggested a new computer he can get and set up everything for a very reasonable price. I said yes and am very happy with my new computer and his work. I would hire Alec again in a heartbeat and definitely will recommend him to family and friends.
