Alec came through for us in every way. He delivered Wi-Fi to our offices in a very remote area with no service providers; he added an AT&T booster to give us more signal on our phones, and he even built us a custom PC with all the best options, and installed it with a wicked display holding 2 monitors. Besides all of this, he migrated our email to a different provider, saved me a ton of money by doing so, restored years of old email from my legacy computer onto my new computer and into the new email provider, and he hooked up our various devices, assisted with training, and he even climbed up on the roof and hooked up a satellite system. He has been available to me whenever I have needed him and I consider myself VERY FORTUNATE to have met Alec and connected him with our company. He is totally responsive, works at an incredibly fast pace, is super knowledgeable and resourceful, while being professional and timely. He met every commitment and he is very friendly and approachable. He was also able to explain complicated things to me in a very basic way which allowed me to make better decisions and feel more comfortable giving him more projects! I highly recommend his services, he is an all around great guy on top of being an expert in his field. Go Alec!!!!

Alec was not only very responsive, he was extremely kind and caring. He was able to quickly figure out what our computer issue was and thoroughly explained the problem and how to fix it. 10/10 would recommend and I will be contacting him again should the need arise.

If I could give Alec more than 5 stars I would! He has been a lifesaver for my family. I live over 1000 miles away from my elderly dad who needs a lot of technical support. I hired Alec to connect his TV, hooked up his headphones, fix his computer, get me set up with remote access to his computer, and put a filter on dad’s iPhone to reduce the number of spam calls he gets. Alec was very patient, kind, and super efficient. We have already called him a second time and dad and I now both have him on speed dial! Alec is worth every penny.

CALL ALEC, seriously, this was a shot in the dark from the opposite coast and I couldn't be more impressed. He is smart, personable, quick, and knowledgable. We chatted for a minute, and he listened to the issue(s)...and jumped right in then and there to fix them, not least of which was an issue with my business management website not working from only these two computers. Alec found the problem almost immediately. Several have tried and he nailed that issue in under 15 minutes. No need to look further, just brilliant.
