Alec was a fantastic help at understanding my machine better! I requested support past midnight and he responded within minutes! I was having an issue with a network card and he was troubleshooting in ways that I never would have thought of. Because of this call I went from knowing nothing, to knowing that my usb header is working properly, I have a processor that doesn’t allow for windows 11, and the problem is either that I have a bad card, or that that the section I needed help with isn’t supported by my version of windows. Alec did everything he could to identify and solve the issue and I know if I ever have another problem I will go to him!

Alec was so helpful in fixing my WiFi situation and setting up our network. I thought I could fix it on my own, but ended up making the situation worse. Luckily, Alec is an expert at what he does and fixed my problem and then set up my network correctly. He also recommended a battery backup device that has already been useful in the recent power outage we had. If you want something done right the first time, call Alec.

Alec called back within one minute, was patient and explained all of my options with 2 computers and a camcorder (connection) issue. He was patient as I fumbled to describe my issues and made himself available same day. He understood that I just needed his advice and he even waived any initial consultation fee. Will be using him just as soon as I follow a few of his instructions. Even if I'm buying a replacement computer.
