Jay is an amazing mechanic and will go above and beyond to help out his customers. He is honest and will do everything possible to find the best price for any parts needed. My husband and I are a one car family so having a wonderful and trustworthy mechanic is like finding a good doctor... you hang on for dear life. I carry Jay's cards around with me to give out to all of my friends and family. We live in Thousand Oaks, however we had our car towed to Ventura just to specifically have Jay take care of our car. Thank you Jay for being so nice and also for the help you have shown us. I would recommend anyone to Jay and Independent Auto Repair. Milena and Steven
