- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I evaluate each case for pricing, ability to pay, and allow discounts for pre-payment. Although I state a fixed price, I am willing to consider extenuating circumstances and other factors in considering a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk you through a 10 minute process to install a temporary application to be able to connect to your computer. I take it from there. You can view what I'm doing, and we can chat online or over the phone as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certificate of Completion in Information Technology and Computer Networks (30 units), and am working my way towards a Bachelor of Science. I am also CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certified. My CCNA certification is pending.
