My fiancé found Mario on Thumbtack. Within 15 minutes Mario had called me directly. I explained the situation - a leak that had completely fused the garbage disposal to the sink - and within 30 minutes he was at my dad’s door ready to work.
He quoted me a competitive rate on the spot. When we opened the box of the garbage disposal my dad had bought years ago, roaches came out - and the unit was missing a piece. I apologized profusely. Mario told me he wasn’t there to judge. He just wanted to help.
He completely re-piped all the drain lines and fittings under the sink, replacing every component to make sure the job was done right - not just patched.
