Wanted to give 5 stars for Punctuality and Responsiveness as well, but Thumbtack limited me to 3 categories out of 5. If you need epoxy flooring, Joe Orta/Duro LLC should be your choice. Joe responded immediately to my inquiry here on Thumbtack. Our 100% satisfaction was his main concern, and the quality of his work was exceptional. Attached is a photo of my mom’s covered flooring after Joe completed his work. Cannot recommend Joe enough.

The quality of the epoxy finish is top-notch, and it looks fantastic- lite texture so it’s not slippery, durable, and consistent coloring. What stood out the most was the team’s commitment to getting everything right. They took the time to thoroughly prep the surface and explained each step of the process. They made some recommendations which I never thought of. After the job was completed, they followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied and answered any questions I had about care and maintenance. Even the neighbors are impressed.
