- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always find when my clients are selling their properties that the process can be overwhelming. I work to ease stress and make the process as simple as possible. My pricing is all inclusive for up to 90 days of staging.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My work in interior design transferred over to a professional home staging business. I still work as a designer, but greatly enjoy the challenge of stepping into a clients home and designing within a set budget and short period of time to produce beautiful, dramatic homes.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently staged the DuPont estate built in 1917. This property was later owned by Burl Ives. The home had been on the market for more than one year without an offer. It was listed for $17 million and sold less than 60 days after I staged it. I have added a video of this property to this site.
