I’ll first start by saying that even if you don’t think you need a personal coach, there’s something very refreshing and liberating to open up to someone who’s main purpose is to help you live a better, more fulfilling life. It’s easy to fall into routines in our day to day schedules; Whether it’s eating/exercise habits, relationship mishaps, work redundancy, or just feeling unmotivated. However, it’s important to recognize and give attention to those parts of your life, no matter how large or small they may be. That’s where Emily comes in. I can’t say enough about how helpful she is, how eager she is to help you reach your goals, her professionalism, her genuine love for her job, and her excitement for the people she’s been able to help along the way. 5 stars. :)

Working with Emily has been extremely helpful in many ways. The most significant for me has been the IFS work she has led me through on a number of sessions. I am fascinated by the changes I have already seen in how I handle situations and relationships from doing the very beginning stages of this work. I also really appreciate when Emily gives strong support and positive feedback on some achievements that seem small or insignificant to me, as I can be a bit hard on myself. Emily has an amazing intuition, as well as true openness, and establishes a very safe space in which to communicate. I find that I can be free with how I express myself, but still maintain an easeful structure within our work together. I also really appreciate her recap emails where she gives a run down of what was covered in the session. It's super helpful to see where we have been, in order to consider where I hope to go.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is flexible, but always with this in mind: coaching is most successful with consistency. I'm happy to discuss any plan that works for you - I'm flexible, and transparent about my rates. Most of my clients are happiest with 2 - 3 sessions per month, but I also have clients that have preferred tiered package deals (more up front, but money saved in the long run). I do offer a new client package deal for anyone interested! :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start with blocking 2 hours for a free intro call to get to know each other. During that call we can discuss your hopes and dreams, and what our steps would be in making them come true.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I have a degree in psychology from the University of Redlands. -I graduated from Coach U, an ICF-accredited coach training program. -I am a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). -I've completed training in the IFS model (Internal Family Systems).
