Introduction: I am very capable of overseeing day-to-day and periodic financial management, including but not limited to: * Cash Management: reconciliation of bank deposits, checks and credit cards; online bank services, POS merchant services, PayPal services; expense reports and petty cash * Accounts receivable and payable including unearned revenue and prepaid expenses * Client/Vendor management * Insurance * Payroll processing: ADP, Paychek and Pinnacle, Subcontractor 1099 * Periodic filing requirements as required by the State of California * Interim and year-end financial reporting and adjustments * Auditing * Cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting
