To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our new customers, we follow these steps: Scheduling an Appointment: We start by collecting the customer's full name, service address, phone number, and email. Initial Consultation: For HVAC services, we perform a diagnostic of your system or provide a free estimate for HVAC installation or replacement. Providing Estimates: After the diagnostic or estimation service, we promptly provide you with a detailed estimate for HVAC repair or installation, usually within the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and safety. Our technicians have the following qualifications: Certifications: All our technicians are EPA and OSHA certified. NATE Training: Most of our technicians have completed NATE (North American Technician Excellence) training, ensuring top-tier HVAC expertise. Ongoing Training: We regularly participate in training sessions provided by our vendors and suppliers, including Mitsubishi, Daikin, Carrier, Tesla, Enphase, and others. By staying current with the latest technologies and equipping our technicians with the necessary tools and training, we ensure high-quality service for all our customers.
