My husband and I recently purchased a 1920s craftsman that needed a LOT of work. We’re talking electrical, HVAC and other safety measures along with renovating the majority or our home. Denisson guided us through the complicated permitting process, while going out of his way to answer our (many) questions. He’s currently leading the construction stage of our renovation, ensuring we stay within budget AND our timeline. In fact, we’re so happy with the process thus far, we’re already gearing up to work with Denisson on a phase 2 reno, which includes a master suite addition and ADU!
