Michelle is outstanding. I needed 200 Christmas letters distributed for 2012, and I needed someone to do them who was detail-oriented and could meet deadlines. I hired Michelle to do them because the price was right and she was obviously professional in our initial correspondence. Michelle purchased return address stamps for me, printed our letter double-sided and in color on stationary I chose, addressed/stamped/sealed every envelope, and mailed them on time. It was great and we couldn't have done it without her. Thanks Michelle!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 15 minute consultation to identify the client's needs vs wants. I ask what their budget is and then provide a proposal for them to review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in Customer Support and extensive data entry as well as 15 years experience with coordinating and managing projects of all scopes. I'm enthusiastic, trustworthy and dedicated in helping businesses grow.
