- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 15 minute consultation to identify the client's needs vs wants. I ask what their budget is and then provide a proposal for them to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in Customer Support and extensive data entry as well as 15 years experience with coordinating and managing projects of all scopes. I'm enthusiastic, trustworthy and dedicated in helping businesses grow.
