Inception moving was incredible! They went truly above and beyond. They not only helped us move furniture, they helped us clear out and haul away a bunch of trash. They were seriously lifesavers during a very difficult time for our family and they genuinely made it that much easier. I’m so thankful I found them!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $120 per hour for 2 guys & 1 truck + any protective wrapping materials used.We have a 2 hour minimum Monday thru Friday and 3 hour minimum for on Weekends. We do NOT charge double drive time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal communication, honest pricing, and immediate scheduling
