Darryl has been wonderful. Although I am an absentee home owner, he is very easy for me to work with. Darryl is efficient, thorough, and reliable. Both of my condos are on a monthly maintenance plan, and we communicate via phone and text messages. Since he has been managing my condos, I haven't had any problem with bugs.

After moving into my new home I realized I had a major problem with crickets and black widow spiders. So many that the crickets kept me awake at night and the black widows kept me from enjoying my back yard. I desperately searched for an exterminator and had no idea how difficult it was going to be. After obtaining several quotes from companies that didn't seem to thing my situation was serious, I found Darryl from Silver Bullet Pest Control. He came right away to access the situation and tackle the problem. He found the infestation and took care of the problem. The most important issue is Darryl's approach to delivering excellent customer service! He called me the next day to see how I was doing and if the problem was truly gone. When I told him I was still seeing and hearing just a few crickets he immediately came back to my house to spray again and see what else he could do to make sure the problem was solved. I am thrilled to know I can safely enjoy my home inside and out and trust Silver Bullet Pest Control for monthly maintenance to keep it that way. Thank you!

Plague comes to mind when we tried to stop the "cricket run" in our garage. Darryl came to the rescue and ended our fight with inside and outside pests once and for all. Sleeping easy is kudos to his craft. Thanks so much!!

I had another pest control service but found that they were not performing and we had ants and spiders when we returned last fall. I contacted SilverBullet and had Darryl inspect the property. He had to sweep for spiders and spray the whole property. We now have no spiders nor ants or any other bugs. Darryl comes every month and sprays the whole property for a price that is less than we paid our previous service provider who only came twice a year. I am completely satisfied with the service provided by SilverBullet.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a small company. Do not go with a national chain. The big name may sound nice and promising, but all you are is a number to those guys. I should know, I used to work for one. They will put you on an annual contract, even if you dont want it. Smaller companies, especially ones where the owner services your home are much better. We take the time to do the job right and explain things to you. And if you ever have any problems, we are just a phone call or email away, and we respond to you, not a secretary located in another state.
