- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not offer flat pricing without an inspection. Pricing is based on the type of animal, access point, and scope of exclusion needed. We specialize in larger, structural issues rather than one-time spray services. On-site evaluation is required before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand the issue, followed by an on-site inspection to identify entry points and activity. After inspection, we provide clear options for removal and exclusion. If additional services outside our scope are needed, we provide referrals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of hands-on experience in wildlife control, bee removal, and exclusion work. Trained in humane removal methods and structural prevention techniques.
