- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers can expect transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins. We provide diagnostic evaluations to determine the exact issue and present repair options so you can make an informed decision. There are no hidden fees. We also offer seasonal promotions, maintenance plan discounts, and special pricing for certain services when available. Our goal is to provide high-quality work at fair, honest prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the issue and scheduling a convenient appointment. Our technician performs a full system evaluation and explains the problem along with upfront pricing for repair or replacement options. Once approved, we complete the work professionally and make sure everything is running properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder Chris went to Trade school in 2010. We do training courses with all of our suppliers to make sure we are up to date with all the new equipment.
