When we first moved here, about a year ago, we needed all kinds of electronics hooked up. I first saw Grant’s name appear on next door and decided to call him. Appointment updated a few times thru the day as tech was having a problem repairing a PC at his current job. Tech eventually cancelled the job in the late afternoon. He did offer another date that would not work so I suggested I would contact him at a later date. Not happy about waiting for a scheduled arrival that was cancelled later that same day.
