- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons at my location are as follows. $100 for a 1 hour lesson. Packages are available. Playing lessons on request. Long term coaching is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have no typical process as every golfer has different goals and needs from their lessons. However, I do begin by doing an in depth interview with a new student so that I can find out their goals, needs and wants and develop a plan specifically targeted at improving their game.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a member of the British PGA for 24 years and am a certified Master Club Fitter.
