- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really...they are all differently priced according to how much time will be involved, traveling etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They come in ahead or I go to them, before the shoot to discuss how we'll be preserving the images on the back end, and view different media for walls, albums. That way they are more prepared to make decisions later on 2. I meet with them to show them their images, and already have photographs of their walls. 3. I usually pre-design an album too - you can only put so many images on a wall!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Masters Degrees one art and one in photography. Many years of training and schooling by some of the greatest photographers in the country and abroad.
