- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard rate of $40.00 per hour with a one hour minimum for repairs.For projects such as tile installation I prefer to give a solid bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to gather enough information about the project/repair prior to arriving at the customers home. This is to minimize the time spent on the project making my services more valuable and therefore cost effective
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked the construction industry for more than 20 years and I am a licensed tile contractor
