Hired on Thumbtack
It’s upsetting when you arrange an appointment with a vendor for an appointment task and they fail to show up and fail to contact you to reschedule. My onsite tenant had to reach out to this vendor when he chose to dishonor his established appointment time. Better to go with someone more professional. I don’t know why Thumbtack kept giving me this vendor as one of three options. We should have more to choose from. Would not recommend.
