• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Each job is different. Prices will be quoted.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like to start with a phone conversation, so I can hear the clients vision and discuss ideas. Upon price approval, I generally present a few different designs to choose from. Edit/revise. After finalizing the design, I will prepare appropriate digital file to client.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, with an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology majoring in Commercial Art. Moreover, I have 30+ years of experience.
