Introduction: I’m an Intuitive Healer/Wellness Coach/Reiki practitioner with a love for crystals. I own and design a healing jewelry line called Stellar Love and use various crystals to attune, align and amplify my clients energy field. Using the principles of Law of Attraction and Law of Vibration, I am able to design the right treatment for your needs and misalignment. I integrate different modalities to specialized in your unique method of healing. I have 15+ years experience in my healing and wellness practice. I also have a technique that combines emotional and frequency adjustments. This wellness treatment is not massage. It’s energy work.
What is Reiki? Reiki is a type of wellness treatment, often referred to as energy work, that can help return the body to balanced functioning on every level to improve, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and even social, regardless of age or state of health. Unlike massage, Reiki uses minimal, if any, pressure, focusing on stimulating energy flow through laying hands over the energy centers of the body. This neutralizes any discomfort and supports overall well-being.
Reiki is known for its stress-relief and has the ability to ease tension and anxiety. It may also improve mental clarity, improve sleep and digestion, manage pain, and even expands spiritual growth. Other benefits, such as feeling more motivated, less depressed, a greater sense of peace and improved mental clarity or relief from side effects of medications, radiation or chemotherapy, which vary from person to person.
The energy that flows through me will give you a mental tune-up that aligns and positively effects the whole body, mind and spirit. I also offer a variety add-ons to maximize and enhance your Reiki experience. I serve as a channel for Universal life force to help support and strengthen your natural ability to heal by encouraging more balance.

For Intuitive Counseling:
A Frequency Adjustment is a unique opportunity to look within and uproot the layers of limiting and core beliefs that have accrued since childhood and beyond. Working with higher energies and guided visualization, together we will discover how you got to be the way you are and look at what no longer serves your highest path. You will have an opportunity to choose to release them and create a whole new future with new feel-good truths.
For this session, you will go deeper into those layers of false stories and cleanse them out of your body once and for all. You will be put in a very relaxed environment, mentally and physically, through a guided meditation and reiki. You will experience your heart expanding with love, a relaxed body, a light-hearted mind and a sense of well-being. You will be left with a new point of view and your world will occur altered in a positive way, as a result.
To prepare, wear comfortable clothing and please be in a comfortable, quiet area with no distractions. Before the session, we will have a brief chat about what you would like to accomplish. After that, you will be guided into a meditation, followed by the guided visualization and adjustment.
This session ends with a closing conversation to process what transpired and a discussion of an action plan for you to receive your blessings.
