The motor was super dirty, and he explained that the coil probably was too, since air flows through both. He actually showed us the coil once it was open—yeah, it needed a cleaning (extra cost, but worth it). He also checked the heat exchanger because another company had claimed it was cracked and dangerous. Turns out, it wasn’t cracked at all. We ended up signing up for a maintenance plan to keep everything safe moving forward. Best part? We didn’t even pay for the original service. Appreciate the honesty and transparency. We’ll definitely recommend Noe and his team!"See more

The others wanted to charge me 3 times the price of the mini split just to install it. Temp pros did the entire job, they ran electrical (made sure everything was up to code). They installed the mini split and made sure everything was sealed for weather resistant. Brian (the tech) kept asking me if I had any questions throughout the process just to make sure I was happy with his work. I definitely recommend Temp pros is you need installation or servicing of your mini split or air conditioning system. He has 11 years experience so he knows what he is doing."See more

He was easy to schedule, clear about what the maintenance involved and went about conducting his work inside and out of the house that made me feel very comfortable. There wasn’t any upsell or hard sell that HVAC companies use for those of us with little technical knowledge. He told me the system was all within the right tolerance levels. I would 100% recommend their services and will be using them for all future HVAC work.

I own four investment properties in Palm Springs and have used one gentleman for a couple years to come and maintain annually all four of my air conditioning units. He was going away on vacation the week I needed service and so I reached out to Thompson AC and I am so glad that I did as they have earned my business! Went far beyond the service that I received from my previous HVAC guy. One of my units needed extensive work and they reworked their schedule to accommodate getting it repaired immediately so that my tenant would have air-conditioning working that day as it was extremely hot. Thank you so much for the great service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
