FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally we quote based on an hourly rate. Some projects, however, are either too small, too long or too complicated to quote on an hourly basis. We aim for pricing that is acceptable to both the client and ourselves
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the client contacts us based on our Thumbtack proposal we do a phone consultation. Often a preliminary site visit is done to assess all that needs to be done. There is no charge for the first face to face meeting. Should there not be time for that first face to face then based on the phone conversation we prepare supplies and uniforms if needed and arrived when and where requested. Always available by cell phone and email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have ten plus years in the hospitality business: management, front desk, special events, bartender, wait staff and more. 18 years in Wholesale Garment Industry in Los Angeles: various phases of manufacturing and sales to boutiques and national accounts. 20 years in Real Estate Finance: private money finance for investors and commercial property owners. Generally a problem solver for credit stories that the banks would not consider or small/mid-size commercial properties that banks did not care to lend on.
