- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $22 per visit wether a dog walk or a Cat stop. Outside of 15 miles I charge a extra $1 per mile. Overnight pet care starts at $50 per night additional price depending on location and number of pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at there house with their pets to go over there needs and fill out paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years working in the pet industry. my employer made sure we had meetings every month to keep us informed on new products along with seminars on pet nutrition for pretty much any domestic pets.
