- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can be flexible on price depending upon the individual situation. We offer specials on series (weekly, monthly) We provide official receipts for insurance companies, as well as Canadian Guests for reimbursement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a brief interview to determine what your goals are for the session, and ask about any injuries, neck, back problems or issues, allergies, etc. We ask them about the kind of pressure or style that they desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in spas and my own practice.--Our therapists have a minimum of 10 years. Most have more.
