- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
How I was raised or where I come about is to always look out for one another. My pricing is very fair and I like working with people. I offer discounts if it makes sense. I prefer to establish a relationship with a customer so they can call me back and be as fair as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Where I come from or how I established myself are referrals coming fro word of mouth. The past 3-4 years I mainly have done work for people I known for years. My typical process is being honest with the customer it doesn’t matter if I known you for a long time or its a newcomer. I like to be fair and give the customer possible options for the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing honestly was never the plan but I fell in love with it and I want to continue to grow. I actually graduated top 50 out of my class in highschool out of 600 students only being one away from a Valedictorian. I have my two year degree in criminal justice, never transferred because of life occurring experiences but I don’t let that take part in what I could become. I was taught by a plumber with 35 plus years experience and I’m grateful for that! I learned from the best and is well known in the Los Angeles area.
