- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thats its far. I rely on my skill and knowledge to make money. Not over charging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a full understanding of what it is they are trying to achieve. Even if it takes a couple visits. If need be can write up a contract. On top of the one that will be signed before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always. I try and learn something new everyday. I am have osha 30. And a Journeyman Carpenter certificate.
