Mario was amazing. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He and his team came out assessed and almost immediately identified the issue we had with our air conditioner. He was very transparent and provided several options for us. Something others technicians failed to do. We sincerely appreciate his honesty and integrity. Mario replaced our condensing unit with a new energy efficient unit with a 10 year warranty, right out of the box - saving us thousands of dollars! Mario’s workmanship was clean and seamless. That said, we are ready for the summer. I would definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to all my family and friends. I’m so glad we found him!

Mario and his team were great. They did an amazing job on my HVAC replacement and new ducts at a price I felt was very reasonable. Mario was very responsive to my calls and texts and kept me up to date during the whole process and ensured the work was completed to code and passed inspections. I highly recommend Preciado Air Conditioning.

Mario installed a split unit for our office space. The day of arrival had heavy rainfall and Mario and his work partner covered the work area keeping it clean. The install was very professionally done. All wiring covered in ductwork. Mario explained the workings of the air conditioner and how to keep it well maintained. If not for the split unit on the wall you could not tell work was done in the area as it was left spotless. I would highly recommend Mario and his team for any air conditioning installs or issues.

The technician was polite and knowledgeable and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in a very short period of time. Many thanks to Mario for fixing a problem that no one else could. Something went wrong with the wiring and panel. So I called several specialists and they all recommended replacing the unit, it was irreparable. So thanks to Mario, the only knowledgeable person who solved our problem at a very affordable price. He saved our lives from the summer heat. And after we had a problem with our heater, Mario went out of his way to fix the heater for free. Mario also fixed my mom’s A/C and heater. He is the best. I am so grateful that I finally found the best A/C company so in the future I will know that if I have an A/C problem I will have my 911 in that case.

    Started my craft at the tender age of 12. Every summer break I would learn this beautiful trade from my father. :)
