Manny came in and helped repair a few LVT floor boards that needed repairing. It was a small job. Ultimately required me to buy 5 replacement boards from a local tile store. Installation took about an hour and cost $350. The great about Manny was he was was quickly responsive. He was one of the fastest to respond to my original inquiry, understood the request and was clear that his availability was limited. (I appreciate transparency). He was able to explain over the phone what I needed to purchase, which pointed me to his professionalism- he knows this space. He was prompt the day of the installation, did nice clean job of repairing the floors, and then reinstalling the little piece of wood that holds down floors. Our one challenge was scheduling. It was hard with my personally busy schedule to have such an open ended sometime soon scheduling and hlthe follow-up calls generally had to come from me as reminders. Ultimately he got it done on a Sunday and one less chore is left on my mind. Thanks Manny! The photo is the before picture.

We needed someone to remove the old carpet from the back bedroom on the 4th of July. I was sure we would find a qualified professional on your site. And that is where Manny's Flooring comes to the rescue. Manny and his son got in and out in less than 40 minutes! And the job was well done. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this young man!

I will recommend Mannys flooring, for the excellent quality work that was done in my home, by Salvador and Walter, this amazing people are hard working men. Not only finished the job on time but put a lot of attention to detail. I also notice the amount of specialty tools that they carry with them to complete the job with perfection. Manny is a lifesaver! My husband and I bought a new home which needed all new floors. We were on a time crunch to get them done before we moved in.
