I offer discount for new customers, as well as discounts cleaning services for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making them feel comfortable, giving them a free consultation. Assuring them that I am qualified for what they are looking for. Arriving early, being friendly and prompt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have volunteered as a janitor in multiple offices facilities for about 4 years, before I ever decided to do this long term.
