- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are currently the same base rate, except for pet services. Pet services include multiple extensions, and vary in price. Prices processed through external sites (like Thumbtack), may vary from prices on our website. This is in place due to external servicing fees, processed by other companies. A full refund will be issued for bookings cancelled within the cancellation deadline of 24 hours or more. Any cancellations made under the 24 hour deadline, are subject to fees as noted in our terms. All passes are able to be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You book a service with us. We connect you with a service provider. Your business is handled. Everything’s wavy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training vary for each service provider. Experience overrules for most.
