- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For those who are currently serving, have served, or dependent of someone previously/currently in the military, a 15% discount for each session (ID required) will be applied. Additionally, when you pay for weekly coaching sessions for a period of 60 or more days in advance, you will receive two sessions for FREE. Veterans will receive a 20% discount per session when 60 or more days are purchased in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session together will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure we are a good-fit. I place fostering our relationship as a priority because it contributes to your sense of safety and ability to succeed in achieving your goals. Not only will you gain clarity in our first session, but you will have an increased awareness of specific changes needed to fulfill your goals. We will work together to establish S.M.A.R.T. goals, increasing your results. You will be asked to read and sign a coaching agreement to ensure you understand the terms and conditions for the coaching relationship and our responsibilities while you receive coaching services. It will be a great opportunity for us to get to know one another and see if we are a good match for each other during our first meeting. Fostering our relationship is a priority to me because it contributes to your sense of safety and success. As a result of our first session, you will gain clarity as well as a better understanding of the specific changes that need to be made in order to reach your goals. In order to increase your results, we will work together to establish S.M.A.R.T. goals. In order to ensure that you understand what is expected of you during the coaching relationship, you will be required to read and sign a coaching agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida A & M University, a Master of Science in Psychology from University of Phoenix, Master of Arts in Psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. A Doctoral in Clinical Psychology from Florida School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. I was a Staff Psychologist Veteran Affairs, during which time I obtained over 4,000 hours of individual, family, and couples therapeutic services. I was previously trained in scientifically supported trauma treatments that I have applied in individual and group settings. I also have professional and personal experiences regarding the challenges of being married/relationship with someone who faces mental and emotional challenges due to past trauma. In 2015 I Completed training and consultation in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
