- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by project contract and how much I will have to design or illustrate. Simply contact me and explain your project in a lot of detail, and then I will give you a free quote as a result once I can understand how much I will need to create for you. I would be more than happy to offer a discount for when a client requires several designs -- at least 5-10 -- If you come to me with a project that requires a high quantity, for example, professional edits to 30 photos. I can offer a discount of anywhere from 10-25% off. Depending on the kind of projects you need done and the quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is constant communication. That is the most important thing to keep in mind when working with a client on a design. There needs to be a lot of feedback and ideas exchanged. It is my job to not only help create the best design, but also one that will make your business or project bring great success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of science in multimedia design and development and I specialized in graphic and multimedia design. Aside from that I worked for a marketing agency as a brand developer and learned a lot from the creative director I worked under and from the client's design projects I created.
